To strengthen our position as a preferred partner for our strategic clients and to win new ones (mirror accounts, new high-growth sectors, etc.), we must continue the efforts initiated in 2025 to:
- Accelerate the ramp-up of our referencing strategy
- Leverage our ability to provide high-performance structured services and to provide high-value-added offerings to address our clients' new challenges (artificial intelligence and cybersecurity in connected systems)
- Focus our external growth strategy to strengthen our position with our strategic clients
Synergies 360
The transformations achieved through our two previous plans, "Dimension 2020" and "Connext’25," have allowed us to grow by strengthening our local presence and consolidating our offering through four expert, complementary brands. Building on these solid foundations, our new strategic plan is designed to maximize our potential by fostering synergies:
- Accelerate collaboration between our brands and streamline communication between our regions (France and international)
- Improve the momentum of management of our human resources and core competencies while helping our employees grow through increasingly ambitious projects
- Boost efficiency in sales, delivery, and recruitment

Data & Digital Transformation
To achieve our ambitions and keep pace with rapid market changes, we must accelerate our digital transformation "from management to production" in order to:
- Ensure the security and longevity of our information system
- Upgrade our activity management tools to improve responsiveness
- Increase the efficiency of support functions and boost the performance of our production tools, particularly thanks to artificial intelligence
