End-to-end payment supervision

RADèS has developed a banking supervision solution that enables complete monitoring of payments and detection of anomalies to guarantee security and compliance.

The end-to-end supervision of a bank's payment process is a crucial element in guaranteeing the fluidity, security and compliance of financial transactions.‍

A payment is a flow initiated by a bank's customer to a beneficiary. Between the issuing of the payment order and confirmation of receipt on the beneficiary's bank account, the payment order is processed by a complex information system which must ensure the acquisition of all payment orders placed by the bank's customers and operate various checks (type of payment, anti-fraud, etc.) before transmitting the order to the beneficiary's bank via secure interbank messaging systems.

All these banking processing stages can lead to errors in the execution of payment orders. To prevent such errors, RADèS has developed and implemented a customized end-to-end supervision solution for several of its customers, capable of tracking payments through a complex patchwork of applications, and providing alerts in the event of abnormal operation of the payment process.
