Results

In the first half of 2026, the IT Link Group recorded revenue of €41.89 million, a slight decrease of 0.9% (-0.5% at constant exchange rates). EBITDA stood at €1.46 million, or 3.5% of revenue, down 3.6 points. This decline is explained by a drop in the average activity rate over the half-year (1.5 points of EBITDA), a one-off cost overrun on projects within the Solutions France business (1.1 points of EBITDA), a reduction in the research tax credit (CIR) base (0.4 points), the end of income related to a property lease in the Île-de-France region (0.3 points), and exceptional production penalties for Ciao (0.2 points). Operating income came to €0.74 million (1.8% of revenue) and operating profit to €0.78 million. After tax, net income stood at €0.60 million (down 59.1%).

Cash and Debt

The Group's net cash position as of June 30, 2026, returned to a satisfactory level of €7.1 million (excluding IFRS 16 lease liabilities), compared to €3.8 million on December 31, 2025.

2025 Dividend Payment

The distribution of a dividend of €0.50 per share to IT Link Group shareholders, approved by the General Meeting on June 25, 2026, was carried out on July 8 for a total amount of €0.85 million.

Headcount

As of June 30, 2026, the Group's total headcount was 905 employees, and the total productive workforce reached 937 consultants, compared to 909 a year earlier.

2026 Outlook

Management confirms its revenue growth target of between 1.5% and 2.5% compared to the 2025 financial year. Given the strong commercial performance since the second quarter, the continued growth of the productive workforce (over 950 consultants to date), and the return to an activity rate above 92.5%, management anticipates an operating margin of between 7% and 8% for the second half of the year. For the full year, profitability is now expected to be around 5%.

Management remains attentive to the ongoing uncertainty in the macroeconomic and geopolitical environment.
