Return to organic growth in Q2 2026

Return to growth and an activity rate approaching IT Link Group standards

After hitting a low in the first quarter of 2026, IT Link Group returned to growth in the second quarter with revenue of €20.86 million, an increase of +2.0% compared to the same period in 2025 (+2.2% at constant exchange rates).

The activity rate (3) reached 92.4% for the period, compared to 89.9% in the first quarter. For the half-year, the group generated revenue of €41.89 million, a slight decrease of -0.9% compared to the same period in 2025 (-0.5% at constant exchange rates). Strong commercial momentum, driven by the automotive, transport, banking, and defense sectors, allowed the group to make up for the shortfall from the first quarter and look forward to the second half of the year with optimism, both in France and internationally.

However, solutions activities are slow to restart due to a wait-and-see approach from key long-standing clients, primarily in the public sector.

Positive HR momentum continues

As of June 30, 2026, the total headcount stood at 905 employees, compared to 880 on June 30, 2025. The total productive workforce (4) reached 937 consultants, up from 909 a year earlier.

2026 Outlook

The Group is refining its forecasts and now aims for revenue growth of between 1.5% and 2.5% for the year.

The return to an activity rate above 92% as early as the second quarter reinforces management's target of an operating margin of around 6% for 2026, though with a significant difference in profitability between the first half (heavily impacted by bench time in the early months of the year) and the second half.

Management remains attentive to the ongoing uncertainty in the macroeconomic and geopolitical environment.

IT Link will publish its first-half results on September 24, 2026.
