Richer Group's digital transformation

Groupe Richer has modernized its online business with Addio Commerce™, increasing sales and optimizing productivity thanks to Ciao's expertise.

Context: Founded over 60 years ago, Groupe Richer is a family business that has become a major player in lawn and landscape sales in Quebec. To keep pace with growing competition, the new generation at the helm of the company decided to invest in its digital transformation to increase productivity and continually improve the customer experience.

To support it in this transformation, Groupe Richer mandated Ciao, owner of the Addio Commerce™ e-commerce solution, which is now at the heart of Groupe Richer's solution and seamlessly integrated into its ecosystem. In concert with the Richer Group team and in consideration of its strategic objectives, a digital transformation roadmap has been put together and is taking shape taking into account the company's seasonal activities.
