Double-digit growth driven by international acceleration and strong resilience in France
In the last quarter of 2024, the IT Link Group achieved a revenue of €20.7 million (€18.6 million organically), reflecting a growth of +11.0% (-0.4% organically).
For the second half of the year, revenue reached €40.7 million, an increase of +14.0% (+2.4% organically).
Over the entire year 2024, IT Link Group recorded a revenue growth of +12.8%, reaching €82.7 million (+1.7% organically), with a positive calendar impact of 0.4 points compared to 2023.
France reported an annual revenue growth rate of +1.6%, reaching €69.0 million. This figure includes the Group’s Moroccan subsidiary, contributing €2.2 million.
International operations (excluding Morocco) grew by +153.0% over the year, mainly driven by the integration of Ciao Technologies in Canada and strong momentum in Belgium (+20.4% over the year).
The solutions business (fixed-price development and license sales) also benefited from the acquisition of Ciao Consulting (Studio and Digital Accessibility division), growing by +35.9% over the year.
Return to positive HR momentum in 2024
The Group regained a positive net recruitment trend (+27 in the second half and +6 over the year 2024).
Additionally, external growth contributed to workforce expansion, with 91 new employees joining the Group.
As of December 31, 2024, the Group had 870 employees, compared to 773 a year earlier.
A growth trajectory aligned with the ambitions of the Connext’25 plan
Expansion of international operations
Since the launch of the Connext’25 plan in January 2021, IT Link Group’s international share of revenue has increased from 6.3% to 16.5% (€3.1 million in 2020 vs. €13.6 million in 2024).
Including operations in Morocco (consolidated under IT Link France), international revenue approaches 20%.
Solutions business surpasses 10% of total Group revenue
Over four years, revenue from results-driven contracts and license sales has grown by +81% (€4.7 million in 2020 vs. €8.5 million in 2024).
Total productive workforce surpasses 900 consultants by the end of 2024*
Since December 31, 2020, the total productive workforce* has grown from 614 to 909 consultants (an increase of 295 consultants, including 95 in 2024).
*Total productive workforce = IT Link productive workforce + subcontracting partners.
