Double-digit growth driven by international acceleration and strong resilience in France

In the last quarter of 2024, the IT Link Group achieved revenue of €20.7 million (€18.6 million organic), representing growth of +11.0% (-0.4% organic). In the second half, revenue reached €40.7 million, up +14.0% (+2.4% organic). For the full year 2024, IT Link Group recorded revenue growth of +12.8% to €82.7 million (+1.7% organic), with a positive calendar impact of 0.4 percentage points compared to 2023. France showed an annual revenue growth rate of +1.6% to €69.0 million. This figure includes the Group's Moroccan subsidiary for €2.2 million. International activity (excluding Morocco) grew by +153.0% over the year, mainly driven by the integration of Ciao Technologies in Canada and strong momentum in Belgium (+20.4% over the year). Solution activities (fixed-price development and license sales) also benefited from the acquisition of Ciao Consulting (Studio and Digital Accessibility activities), growing by +35.9% over the year.

Return to positive HR momentum in 2024

The Group achieved positive net recruitment (+27 in the second half and +6 for the full year 2024). Additionally, external growth contributed to an increase in headcount by 91 new employees. As of December 31, 2024, the Group's workforce stood at 870 employees, compared to 773 a year earlier. A growth trajectory in line with the ambitions of the Connext’25 plan. International business development.

Since the launch of the Connext’25 plan in January 2021, the share of IT Link Group's international business has increased from 6.3% to 16.5% (€3.1 million in 2020 vs €13.6 million in 2024). Including activity in Morocco (consolidated under IT Link France), international revenue approaches 20%.

Solution activities surpass 10% of the Group's revenue.

In 4 years, results-based activities and license sales have increased by +81% (€4.7 million in 2020 compared to €8.5 million in 2024).

The total productive workforce* surpasses 900 consultants by the end of 2024

Since December 31, 2020, the total productive workforce* has grown from 614 to 909 consultants (an increase of 295 consultants, including 95 in 2024).
