Financial statement and provision of the Annual Financial Report

Statement of accounts 2024

The IT Link Board of Directors met on April 24, 2025 to approve the financial statements of the company. The audit procedures on the consolidated accounts have been finalized. The certification report is in the process of being issued. The accounts closed do not show any differences compared to the estimated data published on 20 March 2025. The Board of Directors proposes to the General Assembly on June 26, 2025 the payment of a dividend increasing by 43% to €0.50 per share for the financial year 2024.

Availability of the Annual Financial Report

IT Link will make its 2024 annual financial report available to the public and file it with the Autorité des Marches Financiers by Wednesday 30 April 2025 at the latest after the close of trading.
