5.7% of current operating income in line with forecasts
The 2025 turnover showed good resilience at €82.57 million compared to €82.68 million in 2024. EBITDA was €6.28 million, or 7.6% of sales, down 1.7 pts. This decrease is mainly due to the impact of the drop in the activity rate of 1.1 pts (-0.7m € in EBITDA) coupled with an unfavorable calendar effect (-0.3m in EBITDA).
In line with management forecasts, current operating income stood at 5.7% of sales, compared to 7.4% in 2024. Operating income (EBIT) was €4.1 million in fiscal year 2025 and represented 4.9% of sales, including costs related to managerial transition. Net income in 2025 was €2.7 million, down 33%.
Cash flow of €3.8 million
The IT Link Group's net cash flow at 31 December 2025 remained largely positive at €3.8 million, compared to €5.2 million at the end of 2024. The delay observed is mainly linked to a technical constraint in the billing process that led to a delay in payment of services in the second half of the year by a major customer of the Group. This claim was settled at the very beginning of 2026 for an amount of €1.7 million. Over the year, the Group generated €2 million in cash flow in line with business growth.
2026 Perspectives
Despite the start of the year still impacted by a production rate below Group standards, management noted a resumption of activity at the end of the first quarter. The Group aims to return to growth in the second quarter and an increase in turnover between 1% and 3% over the year. Management aims to improve profitability with an objective of current operating income of around 6% in 2026, but remains attentive to uncertain macroeconomic and geopolitical contexts.
The IT Link Board of Directors will approve the annual accounts for the financial year 2025 on April 23, 2026.
