€2.19 million in operating income in the first half of 2025

Results

In the first half of 2025, the IT Link Group recorded revenue growth of 0.8% to €42.29 million compared to €41.94 million in 2024. For its part, EBITDA stood at €3 million, down 17.1% compared to the same period in 2024. Operating income was €2.19 million, or 5.2% of sales. Profitability for this half-year reflects a less favourable context marked by two cyclical factors. On the one hand, the negative calendar effect of a production day over the first half of the year impacted the operating margin by -0.8 pt and on the other hand the drop in the activity rate (1) which stood at 92.8%, or 0.8 points less than in the first half of 2024.

After taking into account tax expenses, net income reached €1.47 million (down 18.1%).

Cash flow and debt

The Group's net cash flow at 30 June 2025 maintained a satisfactory level of €5.6 million (excluding IFRS16 rent debt) compared to €5.2 million at 31 December 2024.

Payment of the 2024 dividend

The distribution to the shareholders of the IT Link Group of a dividend of €0.50 per share, voted on by the General Assembly on 26 June 2025, was completed on 8 July for a total amount of €0.85 million.

Effective

As of June 30, the Group's paid workforce was 880 employees and the overall productive workforce (2) reached 909 consultants.

2025 Perspectives

Management confirms its sales target of growth between 1 and 3% compared to fiscal year 2024, with operating income around 6% of sales.
