Good resilience of turnover in 2025

Organic growth of +0.6% at constant exchange rates

Consolidated revenue for the 4th quarter of 2025 was 20.4 million euros, down -1.3% (-0.4% at constant exchange rates). The activity rate (2) stood at 91% over the period, down by 1.1 points sequentially.

In the second half of the year, sales reached 40.27 million euros, or -1.1% (-0.3% at constant exchange rates).

Over 12 months, turnover was stable at -0.1%, or 82.6 million euros. The negative currency effect on Canadian businesses had an impact of -0.7 points. At constant exchange rates, Group sales grew slightly at +0.6%. Adjusted for an unfavorable calendar effect (one production day less over the year), business growth would be positive and would amount to +0.3% (+1% at constant exchange rates).

France shows a trend of -0.8% over the year.

Internationally, turnover grew by +5.3% over the year (+7.8% at constant exchange rates).

For their part, the “solutions” activities grew by +23.0% (+25.2% at constant exchange rates).

The year 2025 was a year of commercial investment that strengthened the Group's position with strategic customers with significant renewals and gains in referrals (Stellantis, RATP, Alstom, Alstom, Alstom, Alstom, Alstom, Alstom, Crédit Agricole, Crédit Agricole, MBDA, etc.).

As of December 31, 2025, the Group's employee workforce was 880 employees, compared to 870 at the end of 2024, and the overall productive workforce (3) reached 908 consultants.

Report on the Connext'25 Plan

Since the launch of the Connext'25 plan in January 2021, the IT Link Group has grown its turnover by +68%, from €49.1 million to €82.6 million.

In terms of HR, the Group's employee workforce grew from 645 employees on 31 December 2020 to 880 employees at the end of 2025. As of December 31, 2025, the global productive workforce (3) reached 908 consultants compared to 614 consultants 5 years ago.

Driven by the good momentum in Benelux (+126% in turnover in 5 years), the launch of the Moroccan subsidiary in 2021 and the acquisition of Ciao Technologies in January 2024, international activities now represent 19.7% of the Group's turnover.

For their part, the solutions activities grew by more than 120% and represented more than 12.5% of the Group's turnover in 2025. At the end of the Connext'25 strategic plan, the IT Link Group has 4 brands: IT Link, NRX, RADès and Ciao Technologies which, both through their respective expertise and their complementarities, have contributed to strengthening its position as a reference in the field of connected systems.
