The IT Link Group presents its new strategic plan

At the end of the 5 years of the Connext'25 plan, the IT Link Group has been able to strengthen its leadership in the field of connected systems by relying on a sustainable and committed development model:

- Sales up by +68% over 5 years and a productive workforce of 908 consultants compared to 614 at the end of 2020
- Strengthening positions with its strategic customers and gaining new referrals and major markets
- Diversification of business sectors (Banking/Finance, Insurance, Defense, Energy...)
- Development of international activities with nearly 20% of turnover generated outside France in 2025, compared to 6.2% in 2020
- Successful external growth operations that have enriched the Group's offer (observability, cybersecurity, digital accessibility, rail signalling, new business expertise, etc.) and consolidated its geographical network
- Obtaining ISO 27001, CyberVadis Gold and AirCyber Gold certifications, demonstrating the Group's high level of expertise in the field of information security
- Position as a responsible employer strengthened with the achievement of the EcoVadis Gold label, the renewal of the Great Place To Work certification and the entry into the 2026 Best Workplaces ranking

The SYNERGIES 2028 plan is based on 3 complementary pillars:

Pillar # 1: Customer Centric - Customers at the heart of the strategy

In order to strengthen its position as a reference partner for its strategic customers and to conquer new ones (mirror accounts, new promising sectors, etc.), the IT Link Group must continue the efforts undertaken in 2025 to:

- Accelerate the rise of its SEO strategy
- Promote its ability to provide efficient structured services and to offer high added value offers to meet the new challenges of its customers (artificial intelligence and cybersecurity in connected systems)
- Orient its external growth strategy to strengthen its positions with its strategic customers

Pillar # 2:360 Synergies - Organization, Key Processes and Competencies

The transformations introduced through the two previous plans “Dimension 2020” and “Connext'25" have allowed the IT Link Group to grow by strengthening its local establishments and consolidating its offer through four expert and complementary brands. Building on these solid foundations, the new strategic plan should make it possible to maximize the Group's potential by promoting synergies:

- Accelerate collaborations between its brands and streamline exchanges between its geographies (France and international)
- Improve the dynamic of managing its human resources and its skills base while helping its employees grow within ever more ambitious projects
- Strengthen the efficiency of sales, delivery and recruitment
- And ultimately, improve its financial performance
