Railway engineering company Mi CONCEPT joins IT Link Group

IT Link, a consulting and engineering company specializing in connected systems, announces the acquisition, on Monday September 30, 2024, of 100% of the capital of Mi CONCEPT.

Mi CONCEPT is a design office specializing in railway signalling and based in the Occitanie region. In fiscal year 2023, Mi CONCEPT generated sales of €450k.

This strategic acquisition for Groupe IT Link will enable it to confirm its position as an expert in the field of connected rail systems, while strengthening its presence in the Toulouse region.

The acquisition price, paid in cash, was financed from IT Link France's own funds.
