Strengthening the governance of the IT Link Group

In accordance with the announcement made in a press release on June 19, 2025, the IT Link Group is adopting a new governance as of October 1, 2025.

The Board of Directors has officially appointed Matthieu Girard At the post of CEO of the IT Link Group. This appointment marks a major step in the deployment of the ambitious development plan and the strategy to strengthen the Group's governance.

Eric Guillard, founding member of the Group and CEO since 2018, continues his commitment as Chairman of the Board of Directors of the IT Link Group.

Eric Boileau, , who until now held the positions of Technical Director and Director of Group Solutions Activities, is appointed CEO of ArDès. His recognized technical expertise and his in-depth knowledge of critical systems will be essential assets in succeeding Matthieu Girard in this position and supporting the development of RADès, which specializes in supervision and operational excellence.
