+0.8% sales growth in H1 2025

Growth hampered by a falling employment rate and a very unfavorable exchange rate

With a turnover of 42.29 million euros, the IT Link Group achieved a first half of 2025, growing by 0.8% compared to the same period in 2024 (1.6% adjusted for the negative calendar effect). The activity rate was 92.8%, down 0.8 points compared to the first half of 2024. The second quarter marked a low point with sales down slightly by -0.2% despite the return to positive momentum starting in June, both in terms of orders and in terms of recruitment. Over the first half of the year, France posted a slight decrease of -0.65% to 35.07 million euros, mainly due to difficulties in the automotive sector. The additional commercial efforts implemented since the beginning of the year to accelerate the diversification of the Group's activities began to bear fruit as early as the second quarter of 2025 and should reach their full potential in the second half of the year. International sales grew by 8.7%. Growth in Belgium continued at +12.7%. For its part, Canada posted an increase in turnover of +7.0% despite a highly unfavorable exchange rate (impact of -4.9%). For their part, solutions activities grew by 23.7% to reach 5.14 million euros.

A workforce that grew again at the end of the semester

As of June 30, 2025, the number of employees stood at 880 employees, compared to 853 at the end of the first quarter. Over the same period, the overall productive workforce increased from 905 to 909 consultants, including a decrease in the subcontracting rate.

2025 Perspectives

The management is now counting on revenue growth between 1 and 3% for the year 2025, while remaining attentive to the evolution of the economic and geopolitical situation. As a result of the drop in the activity rate, operating income should be around 6% of sales with a marked seasonality between the first and second half of the year due to the calendar (4 more working days in the second half of the year).

IT Link will publish its results for the first half of the year on September 25, 2025.
