The IT Link Group announces the appointment of Matthieu Girard as CEO

The IT Link Group Board of Directors meeting today, chaired by Éric Guillard, approved the appointment of Matthieu Girard as Chief Executive Officer as of 1 October 2025.This appointment aims to strengthen governance and support the Group's ambitious development plan. This new organization, in line with the best practices of the Middlenext Code, will allow Éric Guillard to continue his action as President of the Group in accordance with the statutes of the company IT Link SA.
